Working Hour : 8 hours per day
- • Prepare invoices to clients
• Follow up on all account receivable & payable
• Manage payment to suppliers & official receipt
• Deposit and withdraw cash from bank, write checks, handle company petty cash
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly report on receivable & payable accounts
• Prepare financial report for monthly, semester, quarterly and yearly to Director
• Prepare documents for tax declaration (Monthly, Yearly)
• Prepare budget plant and monitor cash flow
• Account / Bank reconciliations
• Review and process expense reports
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field.
• At least last 1-2 year’s working experience accountant.
• Be able to use QuickBooks for accounting record and transaction.
• Willing to work in team.
• Skillful in QuickBooks, SAP is a plus
• Computer Skill Microsoft Office, outlook, &E-mail.
• Able to work under pressure, flexible and honest.
• Able to drive car (is plus)
• English proficiency is plus
