    • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
    • Process marketing strategy for the company (set up by Management).
    • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

    • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

    • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
    • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
    • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
    • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
    • To Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
    • To Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Job Requirements for Marketing Manager

    • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
    • Must have experience working in both Marketing and PR.
    • Hardworking; Able to make tight deadlines
    • Minimum of 2 years’ sales & marketing  experience in Design and Interior, construction  or similar position is a plus
    • Strong Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis
    • Must fully understand the customer and market behavior especially in Interior and design field.
    • Strong client relationships and customer satisfactions

  • Intellectual person and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English with good interpersonal skills.
