Below are job description, responsibility and  requirement that candidates and HR department should know.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and create document
  • Note management meeting
  • Schedule Management
  • Prepare report for vice president
  • Make report for management meeting

  • Plan,monitor and organize event where needed
  • Remind Directors for important task and its deadline
  • Type, compile and prepare report and presentation for Directors where needed
  • Conduct any researches assigned by Directors
  • File necessary document for Directors and entry data to system where needed
  • Mail Administration
  • Telephone Reception
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the management

Job Requirements

  • Female
  • Age 18 – 28 years old
  • At least 1 year experience as secretary
  • Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and E-mail.)
  • Can communicate both in Khmer and English.
  • Be fast learner
  • University Student of Education, BBA, HRM, Sale & Marketing, Management or any related fields.
  • Good in written and verbal communication skills in Chines.
  • Flexible
  • Good looking and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn new skill.
  • Ability to work multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Be able to travel to other province sometimes,
