HR specialists may also be called upon to focus their efforts on one of the following areas of HR:
- Manage human resources data and ensure staff’s file and contracts are kept confidential and done accordance with organization’s procedure and labor law
- Responsible for recruitment & selection process as well as follow up
- Tax Declaration
- Prepare Payroll for Staff
- Prepare NSSF
- Coordinate the mid-year and annual performance appraisal process, prepare reports and document for salary increment, and maintain the records.
- Ensure efficient administrative and logistic supports for local and overseas traveling, training, meeting, and company’s event, day to day office activities.
- Control contract of administration and cooperate well protected by proper contract terms and free from any unnecessary legal liability
- Develop and implement employee’s health and safety and labor relations policies and guidelines.
- Liaise and coordinate with the line manager on the recruitment specifications, request process, framework, and plan.
- Monitor staff’s leave entitlements
- Check and monitor payment of company’s expense
- Manage necessary clearances, passports, visas for staffs and expatriates.
- Provide staff orientation, induction, coaching, and training
- Maintain records and coordinating the organization events and facilities
- Ensure Company’s rules and regulations and HR policies are complied.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in education preferred
- At least 3 years’ related experience with reference work
- Good in Khmer, English and Chinese is plus.
- Good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power point…etc)
- Effective communication skills/ Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of law/ legal compliance is a plus advantage
