Software Developer Manager

Job Detail & Requirement

Responsibilities:

  • Manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
  • Oversee the management of the backend database and frontend applications, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualize, design, and develop new applications or enhance existing ones to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing applications, ensuring optimal functionality and addressing any issues or bugs that arise.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
  • Implement best practices and development methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the software development process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for technology adoption and process improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software development management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management, demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Mobile application development experience is an advantage, showcasing your ability to work with various platforms and technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, PHP, PostgreSQL, MySQL, React Native, and other relevant programming languages and frameworks.
  • Technical background on Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Experience in setting up DevOps, CI/CD pipeline.
  • Experience with continuous testing techniques and tools.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • A creative thinker and problem solver, with the ability to find innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of deliverables.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient project tracking.
